Registration
We build out your registration form to your requirements. The registration form captures unlimited contact details, attendee photos, accommodations, payment information, registration types, marketing data and more. We manage data PCI compliant payment processing and inventory all in real time to ensure a streamlined, personalized registration process. Additionally, we can style the registration site according to your organization’s brand by adding a logo, branding components, and tailoring colors and fonts.
Reporting
Running an event involves producing a variety of reports before, during and after. We use its powerful reporting feature that allows us to filter hundreds of pieces of data quickly to create highly complex, yet easy-to-understand reports. We can design the content easily and customize the layout with the organization’s logo and branding. When finished generating the reports, we can make them available to you via URL, PDF print, or export the data into Excel spreadsheets.
Event APP
By nature, everyone wants the event information right at their fingertips! We build your app from start to finish. We look after all the details. Through the app attendees can view the agenda, send messages, scan QR codes, receive alerts, complete surveys, view speaker, exhibitor and sponsor details, have a virtual conference bag, post about the event, and meet other attendees.
Virtual Events
We use OnAIR which is a multi-faceted platform within EventsAir that lets us live stream all aspects of a virtual event, including virtual sessions and concurrent sessions, one-to-one meetings between exhibitors and attendees, virtual poster sessions, virtual exhibitions, virtual networking functions, and have virtual group discussions. Working with OnAIR provides us with flexibility and multiple approaches to your virtual programming. We can also use OnAIR to allow us to offer Hybrid Events.

Do you want to have an event where attendees can attend in person and virtually?
We use EventsAir to stream out to virtual attendees. From the comfort of their homes, virtual attendees feel like they are part of the program. With the help of our AV team, we have the confidence to ensure it is seamless.
2D Mode
2D mode is a simple way to offer a virtual event. All attendees follow the agenda that keeps them on track, allowing for time to visit exhibitors or connect with another participants. It’s easy to navigate through the different sections and we can customize many aspects including backgrounds, icons, colors and graphics.
3D Mode
3D mode is a graphical virtual environment. Using 3D mode, attendees experience a realistic event environment. 3D mode is extremely customizable, allowing us to select different 3D backgrounds for different aspects of your program, and you can also choose backgrounds and scenes. The options are endless.
Remote Attendee Mode
This portal provides a simple and intuitive graphical interface and allows attendees to access sessions with its tile interface for sessions and videos. Attendees can hover and see a live preview of the session with session details and presenters, and we can add session thumbnails to make the portal fun and interesting. Additionally, the portal sports a clean new look for your event agenda allowing for a clear view of upcoming sessions at your event.
