Karin Podolyak began her career with EIS Management Group, Inc as an office administrator. She continues to advance in her career and uses her passion for the event planning industry to inspire EIS Management Group to thrive. She has a strong attention to detail and a solid willingness to help our clients reach their full potential. She continues to be innovative with impeccable execution on all projects.
She completed her degree at Wilfrid Laurier University. After 10 years of working in the education field she has brought her experience to EIS Management Group as a driven professional. Her experience at EIS Management Group ranges from conference planning to tradeshow coordination and office management. Drawing on her exceptional organizational skills and administrative experience, Karin loves seeing all the moving parts come together into one brilliant event. This speaks to her testament and her dedication, creativity, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Ellen’s success in her own Event Planning business Events In Sync for 35+ years has been the foundation for EIS Management Group, Inc. Ellen has now aligned with EIS Management Group, Inc. in an advisory role. Throughout her Event Planning career, she was very successful with many clients that retained her for many years, due to her overall commitment and the overarching belief in providing optimal service.
Ellen will continue to help EIS Management Group, Inc. with only one philosophy – Be excellent at what you do, treat clients and others as you would want to be treated and aim high for exceptional results. Brian Rutherford is the website Developer & Owner at 368 Durham, a website design company located in Oshawa. Since 2011 he has been creating websites for some of the most well known brands and businesses within the Greater Toronto Area. Since 2023, 368 Durham has expanded and now manages the development services for 3 additional agencies within North America.
Graham has supported EIS Management Group, Inc. over many years and leads an experienced team of passionate audio-visual professionals that have helped EIS Management Group, Inc create successful and memorable conferences, meetings, and corporate events. With over 25 years of experience, Graham has a proven track record for engaging audiences and helping onsite to reach each client’s event objectives. The clients of EIS Management Group, Inc. appreciate the peace of mind knowing Surge Audio Visual is onsite to take away the stress and concerns of event technology.
Graham has worked across Canada and the US on countless virtual and hybrid meetings, including multi city AGM’s and town halls with bi-lingual content and simultaneous interpretation, as well as high-profile events that included guests like former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, Barack Obama, Ontario Premiers, Toronto Mayors and Provincial and Federal Ministers, sport and entertainment celebrities, etc. Graham and his team have also provided technical support to Prime Minister Jean Chrétien’s election and re-election campaign which included 27 locations in Ontario in 30 days.
